Lower Knapp lies in rural Somerset between Taunton and the Levels, reached via country lanes off the A361 and A378. Most visitors come from Taunton, about 8km southwest, whilst locals use the network connecting North Curry, Ham and Newport. The area sits amongst the flat, fertile fields typical of this part of Somerset, with over 60 EV charging points available in the wider region. Traditional dairy farms continue to graze cattle on the rich pastureland that has sustained local agriculture for centuries.
