Lower Hyde
England
England
Lower Hyde occupies a prime spot on the Isle of Wight's southeastern coast between Shanklin and Sandown. After crossing by ferry from Portsmouth, drivers follow the A3055 coastal route or A3020 inland road to reach this small settlement. The area benefits from over 60 EV charging points nearby and serves as a convenient base for exploring the island's eastern attractions. The name derives from its position below the original Hyde Farm, with Upper Hyde still visible three kilometers inland.
