Lower Hale is a quiet Surrey village near Farnham, easily reached via the A31 from Guildford or Winchester, or the M3/A331 from London. The A287 provides northern access through Odiham. With over 100 EV charging points nearby and excellent links to Farnham, Aldershot, and Guildford, it's well-connected whilst maintaining its residential charm. The North Downs Way hiking trail passes through the surrounding countryside.
