Lower Cheriton lies along the A30 in East Devon, roughly 15 miles east of Exeter. The village benefits from excellent road links via the A30 trunk route, connecting to the M5 at Junction 29. Electric vehicle drivers will find over 70 public fast chargers in the area, whilst Exeter International Airport sits within easy reach. The settlement is famously split into two parts with neighbouring Higher Cheriton, divided by a small valley that gives each half its distinctive name.
