Low Moorsley is a small County Durham village between Durham and Sunderland, reached via the A690 from either the A1(M) or A19. The area sits in gently rolling former mining country with over 250 EV charging points nearby. Most visitors come from Durham (12km), Sunderland (8km) or Newcastle (25km) rather than locally. The village sits in lower ground than neighbouring High Moorsley, hence its name.
