Low Ham sits amid the Somerset Levels' drained wetlands, accessible via the A372 from Langport or country lanes from the A303. Most visitors connect through Podimore roundabout, following local roads through this flat agricultural landscape. The A372 provides the main east-west link between Langport and Bridgwater, whilst longer journeys connect to the M5 via the A303. St. Andrew's Church houses a remarkable 15th-century rood screen with intricate carved tracery and original painted panels.
