Low Blantyre is a small South Lanarkshire community near Blantyre, about 15km southeast of Glasgow in the Clyde Valley. Access via M74 Junction 5 from Glasgow or M8/M74 from Edinburgh, with the A724 providing local connections to Hamilton. The area has over 300 EV charging points nearby. It's closely associated with explorer David Livingstone, whose memorial stands in neighbouring Blantyre where he was born in 1813.
