Loose is a Kent village five kilometers south of Maidstone, reached via the A229 through gently rolling countryside. The area connects to the M20 for longer journeys, while local routes serve nearby villages like Coxheath. Around 100 EV charging points are available locally. The River Loose once powered paper mills, including Hayle Mill which produced banknote paper for the Bank of England.
