Livermead forms part of Torquay's seafront along the English Riviera, easily reached via the A379 coastal road or A380 from Exeter. The area sits between Torquay centre and the wider bay, with the South West Coast Path running through it. Its curved sea wall promenade offers uninterrupted views across to Berry Head's distinctive red sandstone cliffs.
