Little Load is a small Somerset village just off the A303, perfectly positioned between Martock and Long Sutton on the Somerset Levels. Most visitors arrive via the A303, taking local exits for short trips to surrounding towns or longer journeys toward Yeovil and Taunton. The flat countryside offers expansive views across drainage channels and farmland, while approximately 60 EV charging points serve the area. The village shares its curious name with neighbouring Long Load, both deriving from an old English term for the ancient trackways that once crossed these wetlands.
