Limpsfield is a Surrey village just south of the M25, easily reached via the A25 from either direction. Most arrive from Junction 6 of the M25 via the A22, or from the south through the M23 and Redhill. The village sits on the North Downs with good links to nearby Oxted station for London trains. The ancient oak on the village green has stood for over 700 years.
