Lidwell is a small Cornish settlement near the Devon border in the Tamar Valley, accessible via the A388 from Callington or Plymouth (20km). The area has good EV charging infrastructure with over 40 fast chargers nearby. The village name derives from an old Cornish term for "gray spring," after a natural water source that still flows near the original settlement center.
