Leacroft lies in Staffordshire's former coalfield between Cannock and Great Wyrley, reached via the A5 and local roads. Most visitors arrive from Birmingham using the M54 and A5, whilst locals use smaller roads connecting to nearby communities. The area has approximately 150 EV charging points nearby. A preserved colliery headframe stands as a reminder of the community's mining heritage.
