Lanlivery lies in Cornwall's china clay district, a small village between Lostwithiel and St. Austell with elevated views over the Fowey valley. Access is via the A390 from either the A30 or through St. Austell on the A391, with over 70 EV charging points in nearby towns. The 15th-century Church of St. Brevita contains exceptional medieval stained glass.
