Lamerton is a small West Devon village about 5km northeast of Tavistock, positioned where farmland meets Dartmoor's western edge. Access is via the A386 through Tavistock, with routes connecting to Plymouth (20km south) and the A30 at Okehampton. The area has over 20 EV charging points nearby. The village church houses an exceptional 15th-century rood screen, regarded as one of Devon's finest pieces of medieval woodwork.
