Lake forms part of greater Barnstaple in North Devon, accessible via the A361 from the M5 or locally through the A39 coastal route. The area offers good EV charging infrastructure with around 50 fast chargers nearby. Its prime location provides easy access to both the dramatic North Devon coast and Exmoor National Park, whilst sitting directly on the popular Tarka Trail cycling route.
