Lackagh is a small settlement in County Limerick, 25 kilometers southwest of Limerick City along the N69 coastal route. It's a handy stop for those travelling between Limerick and Kerry, with the drive from the city taking about half an hour through Askeaton. The village sits overlooking the Shannon Estuary, where you can see across to County Clare on clear days. There's decent EV charging infrastructure nearby in Askeaton and along the N69 corridor, with about 18 fast chargers in the area. The estuary's tidal flats shift constantly, drawing flocks of wading birds year-round.
