Knapthorpe lies in rural Nottinghamshire between Newark and Southwell, accessed via the A617 from the west or A612 from the south, both connecting to the A1. The area has roughly 60 EV charging points, mostly along the A1 corridor. Old Farm Spa operates from converted 18th-century stone farm buildings with original oak beams.
