Kilteel is a small County Kildare village about 30 kilometers southwest of Dublin, reachable in 40 minutes via the N7/M7 to Naas then local roads through Kill. The R410 connects it north to the M7 motorway system. It's perfectly placed for golf enthusiasts, with the famous K Club nearby hosting major tournaments on its two championship courses. The village sits where the Dublin Mountains meet the western plains, with good access to Blessington and Wicklow. St. Brigid's church houses a remarkable 12th-century stone Crucifixion carving that's well worth seeing.
