Kilquade

Ireland

Ireland

Kilquade is a small County Wicklow village just off the N11, about 45 minutes south of Dublin. The R761 takes you straight into the village from the main Dublin-Wexford road, while the R755 offers a lovely route through Enniskerry if you're coming from the northwest. It's perfectly placed between the Wicklow Mountains and the coast, making it handy for exploring both Powerscourt and Glendalough. The village is famous for Druids Glen Golf Course, which hosted the Irish Open four times and was dubbed the "Augusta of Europe" for its championship-quality greens.
