Kilcoo sits in County Down's Mourne region along the A25, serving as a gateway to the dramatic mountain peaks. Most visitors arrive via the A1 from Belfast, then follow the A25 west through Castlewellan. Popular routes include the scenic drive to Newcastle on the coast and connections to nearby Rathfriland.
