Keillmore lies on the Kintyre Peninsula in Argyll, a small settlement serving walkers and those exploring Scotland's Atlantic coast. Reach it via the A83 from Glasgow (2.5 hours), continuing on the A816 before joining local roads through the peninsula's hills and sea lochs. The village provides access to Taynish National Nature Reserve, which protects one of Scotland's most significant areas of ancient Atlantic oakwood.
