Jackstown lies in rural Aberdeenshire, about 40km northwest of Aberdeen via the A947. This cluster of small farming communities sits among rolling fields typical of the Garioch region. The B9001 provides western access, whilst local roads connect neighboring settlements like Westertown and Eastertown within a few kilometres. Around 15 fast EV chargers serve the wider area. The ancient field boundaries here have remained largely unchanged for over a millennium.
