Reach it via the A4146 from Leighton Buzzard or B489 from Dunstable, with excellent motorway links to both M1 and M25. The village sits at the start of the ancient Ridgeway National Trail, with Ivinghoe Beacon's Iron Age hill fort crowning the 233-meter summit above.
