Innerleithen lies in the Tweed Valley along the A72, about 45 minutes south of Edinburgh via the A703 through Peebles. The town connects the Borders region with routes west to Biggar and the central belt. With around 17 fast EV chargers nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The original Traquair House brewery operates here, claiming to be Scotland's oldest working brewery since 1566.
