Idrigil lies on Skye's Trotternish Peninsula, reached via the A87 from Portree then local roads through typical Hebridean crofting country. Most visitors use it as a base for exploring the Quiraing's dramatic rock formations, whilst the nearby Uig ferry terminal connects to the Outer Hebrides, making this a popular stop for island-hoppers heading further west.
