Idoch is a small farming settlement in rural Aberdeenshire, about 6km southwest of Turriff. Reach it via the A947 from Aberdeen through Cuminestown, or from the south via the A96 and B9170 through Inverurie. The area has roughly 9 EV charging points nearby, mainly in Turriff. The village name comes from the Gaelic for yew tree, and ancient yews still grow in the local kirkyard.
