Ickford is a Thames Valley village straddling the Oxfordshire-Buckinghamshire border, reached via the B4009 and nearby A418. The M40 lies 10 minutes away at Junction 7, whilst local routes connect to Thame and surrounding villages through pleasant countryside lanes. The 13th-century St Nicholas church contains one of Oxfordshire's few surviving medieval rood screens.
