Ickenham is a leafy suburb in west London's Hillingdon borough, easily reached via the A40 Western Avenue or local roads from Ruislip and Uxbridge. The Metropolitan line station makes it popular with commuters, whilst the village retains its historic character around the original settlement. With Heathrow just 8km south and over 4,750 EV charging points nearby, it's well-connected for both local trips and longer journeys. The village boasts Swakeleys House, a stunning 1638 Jacobean mansion once visited by Samuel Pepys.
