Hyndland forms part of Glasgow's well-heeled West End, reached via the A82 Great Western Road from the city centre or Junction 17 off the M8 from further afield. This Victorian suburb retains its red sandstone character whilst sitting conveniently between Partick and the university area. The 1896 railway station preserves its original cast-iron footbridge, complete with ornate Victorian lacework spanning the Highland line.
