Hoofield is a small Cheshire village between Chester and Tarporley, accessed via the A49 and local roads through Huxley and Clotton. The area has over 70 EV charging points nearby, mainly in Chester. Most traffic involves local journeys to Chester or between surrounding villages, though the A49 carries longer-distance traffic toward North Wales and the Midlands. Many of the local roads follow routes first established during Roman times.
