Holwell is a small North Devon village just off the A39 Atlantic Highway, about 15km west of Barnstaple. Most drivers arrive via the A39 from either direction, whilst locals use minor roads connecting to Horns Cross and Parkham. The area has good EV charging coverage with over 20 fast chargers nearby. The village retains medieval field boundaries marked by 800-year-old hedgerows.
