Holton Hill lies in the East Sussex countryside between Burwash and Etchingham, set amongst the ancient woodlands of the High Weald. Access is via the A21 from London or Hastings, then local roads through Burwash. The narrow country lanes connect several small communities within a few kilometres. Electric vehicle drivers will find around 50 fast charging points in the wider area, mainly along the A21 corridor. The village sits close to the remarkably preserved Beauport Park Roman Baths, a 1st-century bathhouse complex.
