Holt Park is a 1960s residential estate in northwest Leeds, built on elevated ground overlooking the Aire Valley. The A6120 Ring Road provides the main access, connecting to the M621 and A1(M), whilst the A660 runs directly into Leeds city centre through Headingley. Leeds Bradford Airport lies just 8km away, and there are over 300 EV charging points across the wider area. The estate features distinctive deck-access housing blocks that were pioneering social housing design for their era.
