High Cogges lies 4km northeast of Witney in rural Oxfordshire, reached via the A40 and local roads through the market town. The B4047 offers an alternative southern approach, whilst country lanes connect neighbouring villages like South Leigh and Hailey. With approximately 100 EV charging points across West Oxfordshire, including several along the A40 corridor, the area serves both local traffic and visitors to nearby RAF Brize Norton. The Domesday Book recorded a mill here in 1086, testament to over nine centuries of continuous settlement.
