Hexworthy

England

England

Hexworthy lies deep within Dartmoor National Park, reached via the B3357 from either Buckfastleigh or Two Bridges. Most visitors arrive from Plymouth via the A38, then wind inland through typical Devon countryside before reaching the open moor. The village makes an excellent base for exploring Dartmoor's granite tors, ancient stone circles, and wild ponies. You can walk from the village centre to the famous medieval clapper bridge at Dartmeet in twenty minutes.
