Herbertstown is a small County Limerick village on the R512 between Limerick city and Kilmallock, about 25 kilometers from Limerick through the Golden Vale's rolling pastures. Most visitors arrive via the N20 from Cork or Dublin, turning at Charleville or coming through Limerick on the M7/N7. The R518 from Kilmallock and R515 from Hospital provide alternative routes. The area has decent electric vehicle charging infrastructure with around 40 fast stations in the greater Limerick region. The village's highlight is its 18th-century stone bridge over the Camogue River, where locals still gather to watch the water flow toward the River Maigue.
