Helbeck

England

England

Helbeck is a small Cumbrian village just off the A66, one kilometer from Brough in the Eden Valley. The A66 provides the main access from either the M6 at Penrith or the A1 at Scotch Corner, making it a convenient stop on the trans-Pennine route. The village sits where Pennine foothills meet valley farmland, with local roads connecting to Great Musgrave and Winton. About four public fast EV chargers serve the area. St John the Baptist church houses a remarkable 14th-century stone effigy of an armored knight.
