Hawkerland is a Devon village between Exeter and the coast, reached via the A3052 and country lanes through Colaton Raleigh. Popular local routes include the scenic 15km loop to Newton Poppleford, while longer trips typically start from Exeter, 20 minutes northwest. With approximately 100 EV charging points nearby and Exeter International Airport 12km away, it's well-positioned for exploring both the Jurassic Coast and Dartmoor. The village still operates one of Devon's few working watermills.
