Haroldswick perches at the northern tip of Unst in the Shetlands, reached via two ferry crossings and a long drive north from Lerwick on the A970 and A968. This remote settlement sits where the North Sea meets the Atlantic, connected to nearby Baltasound and Norwick by short local routes. The village houses Britain's northernmost post office, which also serves as a small museum celebrating the area's maritime heritage.
