Harecroft occupies elevated ground between Bradford and the Yorkshire Dales, accessible via the A629 from Bradford or A65 from Leeds. Local routes connect through Cullingworth and Wilsden, whilst the M62 provides motorway access. Leeds Bradford Airport sits 15 kilometres southeast. The village retains converted mill buildings from its textile heritage.
