Harcombe lies in East Devon's gentle hills, just inland from the Jurassic Coast between Sidmouth and the Sid Valley. The A3052 provides the main route from Exeter (20km) or connects east towards Lyme Regis, whilst the B3176 winds through lovely countryside from Sidmouth. There are roughly 30 fast charging points nearby for electric cars. The village boasts St. Bartholomew's Church with its exceptionally rare intact medieval rood screen.
