Gunnislake

England

England

Gunnislake straddles the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall-Devon border, roughly 20 kilometres from Plymouth via the A390. The town connects eastward to Tavistock and westward through Callington, with scenic routes along the B3257 following the river valley. Its position between the A30 and A38 makes it handy for exploring both counties, whilst approximately 70 fast EV chargers operate nearby. The 1908 railway viaduct's twelve granite arches mark the westernmost rail crossing between England and Cornwall.
