Gulval is a small Cornish village just outside Penzance, reached via the A30 or local roads from the town center 3km away. The area has over 30 EV charging points nearby. The village sits on rising ground inland from Mount's Bay with typical mild Cornish maritime weather. Gulval parish once housed major railway works at Chyandour that built trains for Cornwall's mining industry.
