Guershader is a small community on Lewis's east side, just outside Stornoway. Reach it via ferry from Ullapool or flights to Stornoway Airport (3km away). The A859 connects to local roads serving the settlement. About 8 fast EV chargers operate nearby. The area features traditional blackhouse ruins with distinctive stone walls and former thatched roofs.
