Grobister is a small settlement on Stronsay in Orkney's northern islands. You'll need to ferry from Kirkwall (90 minutes) after driving the A965 or A964 across Mainland Orkney. The island's local roads connect nearby villages like Aith and Whitehall, with most journeys under 10km. Bronze Age burial mounds scatter the surrounding farmland.
