Greatpark occupies a pleasant spot in Surrey's North Downs, just south of the M25 and conveniently placed between Croydon and the Surrey Hills. Access is straightforward via Junction 6 of the M25, then the A22, whilst the A23 provides the main route from central London through Croydon. With over 2800 EV charging points nearby and London Biggin Hill Airport close by, it's well-connected for modern travel. Ancient stone markers from the old Canterbury-Winchester pilgrims' route still line the track through the town centre.
