Gracehill

united kingdom

This conservation village sits 4 kilometres from Ballymena in County Antrim, about 48 kilometres north of Belfast via the M2 and A36. It's easily reached from Junction 5 on the M2, then the A26 towards Ballymena before turning onto local roads. Gracehill was Northern Ireland's first conservation area, protecting one of Europe's best-preserved Moravian settlements. The village square keeps its original 1759 layout, with Georgian houses once separated for single men, single women, and families according to Moravian custom.
