Glithno lies on Aberdeenshire's coast between Stonehaven and Aberdeen, easily reached via the A90 trunk road. The A957 connects to Stonehaven (5km), whilst longer routes from Edinburgh or Glasgow use the A90 throughout. With over 40 EV charging points nearby and close links to neighbouring towns like Cowie and Muchalls, it serves the area's network of coastal communities. The nearby Stonehaven Open Air Pool remains one of Scotland's few heated saltwater lidos.
