Glenealy sits in County Wicklow along the eastern slopes where the hills roll down into fertile valleys. The town connects easily to Ireland's road network via the R752, linking to the N11 just 5 kilometres away at Rathnew. From there, it's about 50 kilometres north to Dublin and quick drives to Wicklow town (7km east) or Rathdrum (8km west). Around 30 public fast charging stations serve electric vehicles in the area, mostly along the N11 and in Wicklow town. The town sits at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains with direct access to walking trails, including routes toward the famous Wicklow Way that passes just west of the settlement.
